With over 30 years’ experience successfully managing companies, big and small, in various industries across North America, Denis has set down his roots in beautiful Cape Breton island. A professional Engineer with an MBA, Denis is a driven and passionate leader who has built an outstanding management team that has taken the company to new levels. Outside of work, Denis is an avid runner, running the Boston Marathon in 2017, and volunteers in several community organizations from Minor Hockey to the Engineer NS council.
Susan has been with Copol since its inception in 1992. She is an integral part of what makes Copol the success it is today. Having operated most of the equipment in the plant and having been responsible for managing the operations, Susan has gained an in-depth knowledge of polypropylene and has become an expert on CPP film production. It was a natural progression for her to focus on R&D, to further separate Copol from its competition. When she’s not innovating at the office, Susan enjoys playing hockey and being outdoors.
